    Pros

Benefits. Option to work from home. Casual dress.

    Cons

There is absolutely no chance for advancement. Virtually no raises. Favoritism is a huge problem. Empty promises for promotions just to get you to work more for no incentives. If you don't 'fit in' don't expect to stay for long. It's a company with an obvious 'good ol' boy club' and if you're not in it, you're at the bottom of the barrel. No need to express concerns - HR is 100% for the company... and 0% for the employee - very unprofessional. You'd do well here if you keep your mouth shut and stay under the radar.

    Advice to Management

**Listen to your employees.** Be more engaged and show GENUINE concern instead of taking notes to use against your workers. Create an employee recognition program - something is better then nothing. Many employees feel disposable rather then valuable assets to the company. Show appreciation - you'd be surprised how far a 'good job today' will go. In my personal opinion, senior management has been the... same for too long - new views and ideas need to be brought to the company. Complacency can kill a company. "Treat your employees well and they will make you look good"

    I worked at Triumph Motorcycles

    Pros

I worked for Triumph Motorcycles of America in Atlanta (US Subsidiary). It is a small team and fun culture. Work hard play hard climate. Great benefits, excellent products (motorcycles!) and a loyal tight-nit team.

    Cons

Since it is a small team, people are expected to wear many hats. I was fine with this but some people may not be. Communication could use some improvement and at times things could feel a bit disorganized.

    Advice to Management

Make sure you know your team's strengths and skills to leverage them properly so that no one is over taxed or under utilized. Other than that, keep up the good work!

I worked at Triumph Motorcycles full-time

    Pros

Good location. There is a five word minimum in this field.

    Cons

Most decisions made in UK. Which means lots of reactionary bureaucracy. Good ol boys...
