Pros

Great work atmosphere, Very supportive management, Meeting a critical medical need at affordable prices, Growing company domestically and internationally

Cons

Growing pains, not having all offices at same location, not offering tuition reimbursement as part of benefit package for current employees

Advice to Management

I appreciate the recent Town Hall Meetings giving all employees the opportunity to meet our new President and CEO and hear from him regarding the goals and future of the company. Going forward, I think it is very important for all Managers to recognize their employees in small and not so small ways.
