Pros

Trugreen is an excellent company to work for they treat their staff really good. And they are very understanding of any modifications you may need in place because of an disability.

Cons

They don't do anything to stop the lawn techs from ruining peoples property like thousands of dollars in damage. So the customer service representatives constantly get calls from irate customers taking their frustrations out on the reps. Who really can't do anything other then schedule someone to go back out to look everything. And the sales guys play fast and loose with the truth when it comes to what Trugreen offers and what they can realistically do for someone's lawn. And no one stops them from doing this so the reps get irate customers calling about that too. Both are completely fixable, but no one will fix these problems.
