      Can work from home, doesn't depend on commuting distance

      Senior managers don't have people management skills, owner is a bully! Management expect weekend working and don't manage team wellbeing.

      Pros

      Revolutionizing the aviation industry through a wide array of paperless solutions and aviation services. Slick UI's and heavy investments being made in AI. On going investments being made to enhance leadership roles (Marketing Dir. & VP of Sales) recently added to the team to start 2024. Long runway ahead of this company (pun intended).

      Cons

      So many ideas and projects. Can't get there fast enough, but we will!
