Pros

Well-funded Startup, Remote Working Available, Generous salary & benefits package, Las Vegas HQ, Just-the-right-amount-of-travel, Experienced team of professionals to help guide you, A SaaS product that people actually want to purchase, and an R&D team that works hard every day to continue to improve the product. These aren't rose-colored glasses I'm wearing ... it's the reality of working at Trustifi. In my 2 years here, I can honestly say there's not one single thing that I've felt we needed, that funds weren't approved for. That's so unusual for startups, and one of the many reasons I'm thankful to be part of the team. So whether it's making the financial commitment to have a major presence at the next important convention or rewarding the ENTIRE company for a great Q4 with a Royal Caribbean Cruise (my first one ever), Trustifi is First-Class all-around!

Cons

Not really much comes to mind. The work is challenging, and like many startups, you have to wear a few different hats (at times), but this is what I'm passionate about so I wouldn't change a thing.

Pros

Remote working. Vegas HQ. generous benefits

Cons

Upper management click gives themselves new titles whenever they feel like it and if they don’t like you you are out. You’ll get yelled at and sworn at both in email and on the phone by unprofessional people. Expectations are never clear. The don’t listen to anyone who suggests service improvements and mentions competitors or new ideas. Their service is perfect and there is the door.

Unfortunately and clearly letting an employee go is not a pleasant feeling. Yet, the employee above was NOT a developer at our company. The employee above was a very unsuccessful and unprofessional Sales rep. He worked only 7 months and didn't manage to close a single deal. He took (downloaded) company databases without authorization to his home PC. We will continue to protect our good name and we will act against this employee according to the law.
