      Pros

      Initially felt valued for my experience. Wonderful team across the board. Work was varied and I learned a lot about different areas of the business with it being a small company

      Cons

      The owner flooded the business with new inexperienced managers,who all needed to make their mark. Losing clients and great staff became the experienced peoples fault in their eyes. Very frustrating
