    Pros

No weekends. Benefits are fair (as long as you stay within the allotted allowance given). NON management employees are actually decent people.

    Cons

GM's get away with neglecting their store.Sadly my store went without toilet paper, hand soap, working drills, sharp saw blades (on tables) for MONTHS.The GM voiced not wanting to spend money to ammend obvious details that go into a proper working environment.Employees were not respected and were constantly teased and made fun of. Zero opportunity for growth; no promotions and you had to fight tooth and nail to get even a .50 cent raise.Employees expected to do tasks outside of their job description or they "face the consequences" (a.k.a. "get laid off" with no job attachment to return the next working cycle). Any complaints or voiced concerns fall on deaf ears unless youre a whiney customer, and actually worked against you as an employee.

    Advice to Management

Allow anonymous surveys to be completed for current non-management employees,to show senior management the smoke and mirrors show the gm's put on for corporate .Put Tom as chairmen as well as other "top guys" and re-hire corporate leaders that have a business degree. Re-vamp your call center and corporate accounting departments, because they are a complete joke. Stop the boys club and start re-envisioning a business for the future.

    Pros

Its was a job that paid.

    Cons

Tuff Shed is a company that is flawed from the top down. Senior management built a company during a boom economy and is not prepared to lead this company through this recession. I'm suprised this company has stayed in business this long.

    Advice to Management

Fire all senior management, tom needs to step aside and become chairman of the board. Hire some people with college educations to run this business. Read any basic business book and then start from scratch. Use your relationship with HD to rebuild you business. Revise your sales pay structure.
