I have been working at Tuition.io full-time (More than a year)

Pros

There are opportunities here for those who want want them, if you want to be complacent and sit in auto drive, this is not the place for you.

The product is changing lives for many people that are struggling with student debt.

Of the negative reviews on here, they seem overly exaggerated or malicious in their intent.

-Perks are great
-Pay
-Stocked cupboard with snacks

Cons

Sometimes the different team members are moving so fast that communication seems to be lacking. Some need to take a second and make sure they understand or communicate their thoughts clearly.

Advice to Management

Keep up the monthly management meetings. I feel these are very transparent and give everyone in the company a clear picture of what is going on with the company.

I have been working at Tuition.io as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

I've been working with Tuition as a contractor for nearly a year. In that time they've revamped their entire tech stack to many modern technologies and methodologies. They are open to new ideas and have been a pleasure to work with.

    Cons

As I've only worked with their development team I can't comment on previous posts about cons, but I can see that some people may find it difficult to learn new technologies or be pushed out of their comfort zones. Things tend to move fast and do break from time to time, but that has made this an interesting project and one that would appeal to engineers who are looking to build something modern.
