    I worked at Tulane University

    Pros

I worked at SPHTM while in graduate school. -Supportive and friendly work environment; sense of community -Flexible schedule; great for a student -Chances to work independently and make a useful contribution

    Cons

Experienced very few downsides; however, the responsibilities granted to students are somewhat limited, making growth limited. Students are also only allowed to work a maximum number of hours (20). Pay is decent, but not great.

I have been working at Tulane University full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

people are easy going, PIs aren't pushy.

    Cons

Not productive enough, plus I don't really like the evironment around the campus, or more generally, I don't really like the city.
