I have been working at Turner Broadcasting full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Benefits are great, You are allowed to do your job. Work-Life balance is a thing to brag about. Open door policies allow employees a voice.

Cons

A little decentralized, The company has many different little segments that don't like to play with each other. Sometimes information does get to all employees

Advice to Management

Provide more feedback to your employees. Don't run around putting out fires, let your people do their job. Don't micromanage.
