Pros
Great + Intelligent people doing the real work and keeping the company afloat. Friendly everyday casual work environment and office. Interesting product concepts and technology.
Cons
Management has no idea what they are doing. C-level positions out of touch with both industry and internal employee morale. Took a company that was soaring and drove it into the ground in the last few years. Employees that do the vast majority of the work not rewarded or even acknowledged, often thrown under the bus for management's incompetence.
