It's convenient to just stay logged in and pick up a session since I'm already on my computer doing other stuff. It's nothing to write home about, but couple of hours a week can add up to a nice trip to buy groceries.

The time constraints are ridiculous. I feel like I'm cheating students out of a thoughtful review by making sure I submit the feedback form and their doc w/ in-line commenting before the time runs out. My mentor has been great so far and I have no issues with the reviews about my performance, which, my time management has been pointed out twice -- something I already knew would go against me. I am told to just focus on higher order issues, but when I am reading an 8 page essay with 35 minutes provide in-line comments and a detailed SFF, I always go over by a few minutes. The reviews tutors receive are in raw html. I don't understand that. When I emailed my mentor and asked a question, she replied my answer was already linked in my review. In order to read the review, I had to cut and paste the whole thing into an html stripper -- the links she gave, however, were not clickable. I then cut and paste into Word and still, no clickable links.
