    Pros

Good salary, good location, free water.

    Cons

Sr. Management is too busy fighting and talking behind each other's back for the company to ever look forward. They live in the world of old school practices and that just doesn't cut it any more. The main HQ in Plymouth is run down and all of the sun light is taken up by closed office doors. The mood of the employees is down right depressing.

    Advice to Management

Reward and acknowledge your employees. Stop buying new Jaguars and BMWs every year and show your employees that you care about them.

I have been working at Twin City Fan Companies full-time

    Pros

Lots of opportunity for advancement for those who show initiative. Management sees who is motivated and helps make a path forward for them. This includes helping pay for further education and professional development programs.

    Cons

Can be a bit of a tough job if you aren't good with time management. Some departments travel a lot, others very little. Deepening on your desire and requirement this coils either be a detriment or a plus.

    Advice to Management

Keep on recognizing your talented employees and treating them well. Come up with a more competitive vacation package.
