Pros
Cafeteria on site. Seems like a good company that wants to do the right thing.
Good products and diverse portfolio.
Cons
Different departments may require you to come into the office 5 days a week, while others come in 3, or some don't come in at all.
The gossip in the corporate office is ridiculous. Director levels that want to come into the office everyday gossip about people that take advantage of company policy and comes in 3 days a week.
You get 30 minutes for lunch because some people expect you to always be working at your desk. Since there is a cafeteria on site, you never get a break.
Some of the office is out dated - bathrooms are old/gross.
Low wall cubes that you can hear everything going on around you; it's very distracting.
There are people that want to be in the office 5 days a week, so they expect everyone is to be as well.
There are people out sick with covid. A senior leader in Supply Chain has been in close contact with someone and yet they still come into the office!
