Pros

you get to drive to other uhaul locations and drive the trucks that are picked up back to your location.
They work with your schedule.

Cons

Boring, Theres rarely any promotion except when a former manager resigns. Management doesnt care about you because you can be replaced. You work outside all year long.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

The job itself is pretty easy, installing hitches and working on wiring is easy to learn and fun to do.

    Cons

Uhaul is much more concerned with making money than treating customers fairly, so be prepared to deal with upset customers a lot.

    Advice to Management

Let customers know that just because they reserved a truck to pick up doesn't mean that they will be able to pick it up at their preferred pick up location, instead of letting them think that they will until the day before their pick up. That way they won't yell at the customer service reps for your terrible scheduling program.
