I have been working at U-Haul part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Wages are competitive for the area. You are usually always on the go and makes the day go by fairly fast. You get to do many different things throughout the day so it doesn't feel repetitive.

    Cons

Working with the public just plain sucks. People will whine and complain about everything and they won't understand a single thing about how you operate so you pretty much have to simplify things down into baby terms. Also getting everything done that needs to be done in a day can be hard at times. More employees are needed in the summer months.

    Advice to Management

Hire more employees during the summer so operations can run smoother.
