    Working from home, good bonus system

    Cons

    Strict rules when giving part-time working availability. Besides that, no complaints

    Keep doing your job and being understanding of attendance mishaps

    Pros

    Their automated phone system only makes you go through 3 menus instead of the usual 6 most companies make you wait through

    Cons

    They rip off customers who don't ask the right questions and the prices shown on the website when you book are not the prices you pay, but they only show that at the end.

    Advice to Management

    U-Haul asks if you need a truck for 4 hours. If you say "Yes" you get charged the same as if you said "No", except you might then get charge "EXTRA" if you miss the 4 hour mark.

    This is a shell game. Hey U-Haul - don't ask customers if they only need a rental for 4 hours without telling them they don't save anything and should just say no in order to avoid paying you extra money for no reason.

    I don't do business with companies that pull this sort of crap.
