    flexible
    decent starting pay not great
    don't expect to get a raise ever
    honestly I can think of anything else

    Cons

    upper Management dose not care about anyone
    this companies dose not ever give raises to anyone
    dose not know how to handle injuries

    I worked at U-Haul part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Helping happy customers with their moving needs. Working in customer service at U-haul is not a fun experience

    Cons

    Manager does not listen to his employees. Constant fear of getting fired if you do something wrong. The place was understaffed so we did not get any lunch or breaks required by law.

    Advice to Management

    Hire more people and stop looking at your numbers and start listening to your employees
