Doesn't Recommend
Disapproves of CEO

Pros

I get to network with professionals on a daily basis.

Cons

Managers treat you like dirt. I've been told I was replaceable and that is just unacceptable and degrading. Everyone talks about each other behind their back and there is no workplace culture. This is the only job where I have cried multiple times because of my manager yelling at me over a simple mistake.

Advice to Management

Get to know the managers that are running your branches. Maybe they are the reason so many people are unsatisfied!

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

401K Match, co-workers, work itself if you want to remain at the same level, no weekend hours, fixed work schedule, paid holidays

    Cons

Poor unethical inexperienced management, favoritism, very low wage increases if any at lower levels, poor working conditions, little to no recognition, very cheap cheap cheap, recognition programs require extensive write-ups so if your manager is not good at writing you will never win an award.

    Advice to Management

Upper management needs to take a very close look at lower level management. They are unethical, do what they want when they want, take credit for others accomplishments and so on. Share some of your record earnings with the employees who are getting the job done and do better than 1.5-2.0% annual increases. You should be embarrassed.
