I have been working at U.S. Bank full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great place to work. Very focused on employee development for employees who express and demonstrate the desire for it. High on employee loyalty. Fantastic job security. Best of all, this employer is not about to shut it’s doors. They listen to feedback from employees. Make you feel like you are an important part of the team, starting all the way from the most basic positions all the way to the top.

    Cons

Call it a job, call it a career, they all have things you don't enjoy. Get over it and focus on the great things.

    Advice to Management

Continue with employee development. If possible, beef it up even more. This is a wonderful company with a CEO who started as a teller. Continue to demonstrate to the staff that this was not a miracle. Continue to demonstrate that employees at U.S. Bank can and do move up in this organization. Continue to instill in Management across the company to make their employees a part of the team and emphasize how the work they do is an important part of the big picture of U.S. Bank.
