I have been working at U.S. Bank full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Very good training and the ability to grow with a great company.
Great team environment with awesome incentive bonuses.
Advancement opportunities in various positions

Cons

Relying too much on Gallup scoring on customer service that can affect your incentive.
Can get a lot of pressure at the end of sales campaigns to sell and close deals.

Advice to Management

Make sure you stay with core ideas of servicing the public in their best interest and not selling them everything under the sun.

I worked at U.S. Bank full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

National company where you can transfer.

    Cons

Weak management, do multiple jobs and take on more responsibility but no pay increase. Customer service scores and referrals determine your raise.

    Advice to Management

Just because an employee has been employed with the bank for a long amount of time does not make that person qualified for upper management.
