I have been working at U.S. Bank full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great base pay for the work; opportunity to make incentive bonus if you mine credit bureaus (which you're not supposed to do) and sandbag during fall campaign (which you're also not supposed to do.) Good hours. You get designated holidays.

    Cons

Poor management skills. Goals for making incentive are incredibly high for branches located in credit dead cities. Many branches see a suspicious amount of high turnover. HR takes months to come up with a resolution to important and time sensitive situations.

    Advice to Management

Take responsibility for your own mistakes and know how to run the basic operations of the branch. If you're the branch manager for several years, you should know how to do the BASICS. Also, DM should be less like a drill sergeant.
