    Good Pay, Good Benefits, Some Flexibility

    Cons

    -Corporate management not in touch with employees
    -Corporate does not seem to care about employees, although they do a great job of claiming they do
    -Too many people trying to make a name for themselves
    -Disrespect throughout the company is rampant and corporate refuses to take acknowledge it
    -Poor training techniques
    -Lack of proper training on bank policies and procedures all together, then the bank writes up the region they refused to train in the first place.
    -Lack of corporate support
    -Good Old Boys Club

    Advice to Management

    Live up to the US Bank name and standards of quality, care and concern that US Bank advertises. Refuse to allow "big headed" egotistical personalities to put down and defame others.
    For Crying out LOUD!!! Stop the corporate politics, get back to the basics.
    Richard Davis talks about what a wonderful company US Bank is to work for but I am truly disappointed with my personal experience there. What a let down.
