I have been working at U.S. Bankcard Services full-time

    Pros

Easy work with a lot of downtime. Some of the people are nice to work with. The others aren't so much. Benefits are great.

    Cons

While there is a lot of downtime, you have to look busy or else. Because of that, many of the people there work at a slower pace just to pass the time faster. Lots of micromanagement from the higher ups. Management tends to be extremely passive aggressiveness as well and unprofessional. Pay leaves much to be desired. Company is also a slowly sinking ship.

    Advice to Management

Actually care about your employees and talk to them instead of having your head up in your butt all the time.
