benefits, hourly pay was good even for part time

    Pros

    Excellent training and development, approachable senior leaders, the values and behaviors are not just words in a frame on the wall.

    Cons

    As with most retail jobs the work life balance can sometimes be unbalanced.

    Pros

    Great culture and respect for their associates, great benefits and good work/life balance.

    Cons

    Too small to compete with the big carriers and sometimes ignore the realities of the marketplace until it is too late.

    Advice to Management

    Be realistic when looking at the marketplace, don't say the lack of the iphone isn't hurting us and then tell us almost half of the customers leaving are leaving to get the iphone.
