Pros

They have great benifits! Hourly + commission is above average.

Cons

They micro manage you to death. Lot of pressure to do it there way!

Advice to Management

If someone knows how to sell and is honest leave them alone let them do there job. Then give them some encouragement.

    Pros

    Wonderful company to work for! The Values and Behaviors of the organization are the core of the business. The leaders in the company truly look after their associates.

    -Pay (now but it did take forever for them to get there)

    -work/life balance

    All in all, this is a wonderful company to work for!

    Cons

    For being in the wireless industry the company is a little slow to change. Working with business accounts, you sometimes don't always have the tools that you need to win business. Some of the business processes don't make any sense even with new changes that are coming, it doesn't seem like enough information is gathered and we are going back after something is launched to fix it.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to focus on Growth! When making changes company wide as far as plans, tools, etc., get more feedback from the frontline associates. When I say frontline, that means retail as well as other channels within the organization. There is understandably a huge focus on retail but sometimes the other support functions tend to be left out. Remember that all of our channels working together will allow us to succeed!
