I have been working at U.S. Fund for UNICEF full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The mission is awesome and some extremely talented people work here

    Cons

Extremely bureacratic and territorial place to work. Collaborative projects tend to fail. There is a culture of mistrust, paranoia and fear. Great employees become buned out and the turnover is so high, you keep finding yourself adjusting to priorities.

    Advice to Management

Start taking accountability for the lack of progress; most issues are all coming from the top. Reward the hard working, results-oriented employees and agree to strategies that create trust and fairness throughout the organization.
