    My team was very smart; full of highly educated people
    On any engagement, you will work with different specialists such as policy evaluation experts, economists, data analysts, and regular analysts
    There is ongoing training research methods

    Cons

    Sometimes it required long hours to get a project done for a deadline

    Some research units are swamped with lots of work because multiple teams are giving them work
    Data analysts seemed overworked and asked to do things they couldn't because some other team members did not understand what can or cannot be done using statistical software

    Teams sometimes squabble over engagements and it's easy to pass blame

    Reports must adhere to exacting standards of accuracy
