    Positive Outlook

I worked at U.S. Green Data part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Very relaxed working environment, and the management was also very easy to approach. Everyone contributed equally towards the projects, and all ideas and opinions were considered and taken into account.

    Cons

The work can be a little dull at times, and there wasn't a set routine for work each day. Sometimes you would start one project, and the next day you were put to work on a completely different one.

  2. "Great experience with loads of hands-on learning, but not one I'd like to repeat"

    Approves of CEO

I worked at U.S. Green Data as an intern

    Pros

Very casual work environment with a big emphasis on results and accountability. One-on-one contact with Pres. and CEO exposed interns to industry trends, as well as the general dynamics of running a start-up in its early stages.

    Cons

Disproportionate amount of interns compared to full-time staffers, poor coordination with coders/programmers building and fixing the products (and no on-site coders at all), and a general lack of incentives for employees (i.e. interns) to develop along with the company--both monetary and professional.
