I have been working at U.S. Healthworks full-time

Pros

Good place to gain experience and training. After working for US HealthWorks you can go anywhere since you will do it all here.

Cons

Get your experience and leave. Management and corporate believe you are a dime a dozen and will work you to the bone for lower pay and minimal raises annual if any at all. There is no room for advancement.

Advice to Management

Stop buying so many clinics and respect and value your current employees.

I have been working at U.S. Healthworks full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The staff is somewhat friendly and the company offers health insurance and limited benefits. Also, the office hours are convenient for patients as the clinic is open 7 days a week.

    Cons

The company forces morally corrupt practices onto it's operational staff; expecting us mere naves to dole down the profit-driven demands of the corporate managers. The company could care less about helping patients, or the well-being of their employees. Good luck trying to get HR to have your back. Managers are treated like royalty and complaints of inappropriate behavior and bullying fall on deaf ears. The clinics are not properly cleaned because the janitorial service is made up of a group of illegal immigrants willing to work for peanuts. I'm surprised nobody has contracted AIDS or Hepatitis.

    Advice to Management

Get out while you can. The people who run this company care only about their dividend checks. They don't care how they get it or who's lives they destroy. They don't value education or skills; they just want mindless puppets to do the bidding of the higher ups. Most of the clinics are run by inexperienced young people or washed up old hags hungry for a fight. This place sucks. I can't wait to get out of here.

I have been working at U.S. Healthworks part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Competitive Pay
    Good co-workers
    Decent Benefits
    Good hours

    Cons

If you want to be an x-ray tech here YOU BETTER at least have a CNA certificate or at least 2 years experience in MA.

    Advice to Management

X-ray techs do not have MA experience. Be willing to train or separate the position from MA.
