I have been working at U.S. Security Associates full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

it's a paycheck that's all the good i can say about this company.

Cons

this company has some very qualified personnel in their ranks with multiple years of military, law enforcement and security experience under their belt however that doesn't matter to this company security is not its concern. if you have no experience you will not be trained properly to handle matters of security. if you do have experience you will be handicapped in the use of it your opinion will not be valued. bottom line horrible company to work for. its lawsuit just waiting to happen.

Advice to Management

stop employing unable and untrained personnel, its irresponsible and unsafe for both themselves and clients. draw from the resources and expertise amongst your ranks. value their knowledge and opinions and make your company what it can and should be respectable.

I have been working at U.S. Security Associates part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

None this company is terrible. I have never seen a company who has so many contracts and so many employees be so rude to the people that work for them.

    Cons

They "pay" for the training you need but then take it out of your paycheck as a "voluntary" deduction. The management does not care about you at all and is very unwilling to help you.

  2. "A good introductory job for those looking at a law inforcement career."
