    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at U.S. Security Associates full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The company will not be around much longer

    Cons

Managers unskilled and untrained or just don't care and are the number one reason the company is failing (Mr.CEO don't you get it? or don't you care?) Hire professional officers, not family members. prepare to answer questions from DCJS, EEOC, ADA, and the FSLA. Not all your officers stupid. Some know their rights and are taking action

    Advice to Management

Investigate what is going on in Lynchburg, VA
