    Pros

For the most part if you are looking for a job where you do not want to deal with your boss this is it.

    Cons

If something does go wrong it can be very hard to find anyone at the office that can help.

I have been working at U.S. Security Associates full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I was a flex officer so I got a chance to work a little of everything, which never kept things too boring.
They also work with your schedule pretty well since I was going to school to get my degree at the time.

    Cons

    Pay is not that great.
The chances of getting promoted are pretty low unless you get lucky.
To them, to put it nicely, you're expendable. Simple as that. Just don't expect much.

    Advice to Management

I know it's a Business and all but I've seen what the company charges when we are contracted, and the amount that the officers get back is not even half of that, so at least up the pay a little and better treatment of employees would be nice also.
