      this company has NO PROS AT ALL

      they pressurize a lot major numbers in the database are wrong and we are forced to still call them even if the person is irritated no proper management employees are not even supposed to talk to another employee or friend or sit next to a friend, literally feels like 2nd std the boss does not motivate the new joiners, in fact, if they do not achieve the target he kind of scolds them from the very beginning itself. overall very bad place to work at.

      Instead of talking about the business, they can prompt everyone to share things about their lives and personal interests. Even though it may be a small gesture, it can function as a great icebreaker by helping to open up the lines of communication between everyone on the team.
