I worked at UBS full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Low work pressure, market compensation.

Cons

Senior management and most his hires are on the payroll of certain Vendor. Entire team is composed of individuals hand-picked by the management who belong to same ethnic community, blatant and explicit racism.

Advice to Management

Audit all vendor projects, senior management and most his hires are on the payroll of certain Vendor.

    Experience with many talented people across the Wealth Management industry. Access to leaders in intellectual capital and top financial advisors.

    Cons

    Salary stayed stagnant for multiple years despite numerous promotions. More responsibility / stress for the same pay.

    Incentivize talent to keep good people from leaving the company.
