Cons
This place is a joke.... the pay is terrible. They will pay someone with a degree and experience the same as someone with no degree and 0 experience. They put people in charge that have no reason being there. People that don't even know how to draft or use the CAD software telling you how to do things. It felt like high school.... can't get up from your computer to get a second cup of coffee without being scolded. I felt like I needed a hall pass just to use the restroom. 0 flexible hours. We were told if we needed to make Dr appointments they needed to be after work hours or on weekends.... what??? How does that make sense?. We were also told that if we were going to drink coffee in the mornings that we needed to be at work by 7:15 so we were at our desks by 7:30. They expected you to be an experienced drafter on certain types of projects after only being shown how to do it once.... there was 0 training. They did not reviews if there were issues. No you just get fired if they don't like you. Managers don't care about their team, they hide in their office all day. I do not recommend this company, they are an engineering firm with as much rollover employee rate as McDonald's... that shouldn't be happening...
