    Pros

Good pay, Flexible hours, Friendly environment, lots of things to do in the area.

I can't really come up with many cons for this job. The only thing I don't like is the constant construction going on around UCLA.

I have been working at UCLA Health full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great benefits, great doctors, great experience, good co workers, and median pay. Ucla is a good company to start with. You will learn a lot.

    Cons

The commute is really hard specially if you live 10miles up. Traffic is really tough on rush hour. So get ready to waste your 2 to 3 hours a day if you are employed at that shift.

    Advice to Management

    Promote people who work hard
