    Pros

Good working environment and pay. Opportunity to network. Middle management was great and led by example. Upper management could be caustic and budget problems created a tense environment.

    Cons

Too much bureaucracy and no employee loyalty.

    Advice to Management

Be appreciative of your employees and communicate department issues sooner rather than later.
