I have been working at UCO Bank full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Huge learning prospects during the probationary period. No hectic targets and all, one will get plenty of time to know about how banking industry works in India.

    Cons

Only for people interested in General Banking, little scope for specialized role (irrespective of the college from where you are recruited)

    Advice to Management
