      Management build strong relationships with staff and are fully supportive. I thoroughly enjoy every aspect of my job and the people I work with are very friendly and approachable, just an amazing team working for a great company.

      There seems to be an inconsistent application of rules. There is minimal scope for career progression, and hard work is rarely recognised

      Easy and interesting work with lots of variety

      Cons

      Working there for a long time doesn’t mean the managers value you any more than someone who hasn’t even started yet - they will take your regular shifts off you if it serves their purpose without consulting you
