    I worked at UOL for less than a year

    Pros

    Bom salário, benefícios e mais nada, a localização é horrível, as pessoas são tudo estranhas, os líderes são horríveis, sem plano de carreira.

    Cons

    Liderança horrível. As pessoas estão a anos lá, dizem saber das coisas mas mal sabe metodologias, liderança de equipe e muito menos estrutura de trabalho.

    Advice to Management

    Façam cursos, busque conhecimento e inovação, ou a aposentadoria. Não sente na sua cadeira para trabalhar apenas 5 horas por dia achando que vocês são os melhores líderes do mundo.

    Managers have their groups of friends who have big salaries way above the average, you only can growth if you get in this group, not if you are a better professional
