    Pros

Everyone is friendly and willing to help out. They are really good about training you and making sure that you are ready for the job.

    Cons

It is really hard to get a full time job there. I knew people that worked there for five year and they were still not full time employees.

    Advice to Management

Maybe pay more and take it easier on your employees. Make it where they can get more hours and become a full time employee faster as well.

    Pros

If you look hard enough you’ll find people who are good at what they do and willing to help you when you need it. Many people at UPS are loyal to the company and stick around for a very long time. They are usually a wealth of UPS information in various divisions and products.

    Cons

There is a malaise about many people both in the union and in management. This may come from lack of incentive to be productive, boredom, and/or a dull work environment. If there was a general push to reward people on merit more often and seniority less often, this could be changed.
