Approves of CEO

I have been working at UPS full-time

Pros

Professional atmosphere, interesting industry, a well-respected company in its field. The Brussels region office is small enough to get to know most people and build a network within different countries. Young, international and dynamic workforce at specialist and supervisor level.

Cons

Career paths are not clear, people are moved around into different jobs as needed. Old fashioned corporate style means it can be a bit stuffy and political. The company is so big, it's hard to get information or find out how to do things sometimes.

Advice to Management

Treat your "top notchers" better or you will lose them.

I have been working at UPS full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    Good Benefits
    Variety of products
    History of the comany

    Cons

    Hostile Management
    Overbearing Management tactics
Micromanagement from multiple layers of bureaucratic management
Focused on Internal Processes not Customer Satisfaction

    Advice to Management

Take care of the customers, everything else will take care of itself. We need a massive decentralization of power. We could lose several layers of upper management. Too many bosses trying to come up with a reason to be there.
