    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook

I have been working at UPS full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Excellent benefits, great for someone to start a career at.

    Cons

Not much personal time if you are in management.
People promoted into positions that they should not be.
No HR support at all locations, hard for supervisors and employees to get support.
Poor pay for non-union workers and management.
Pay increases are low and tied to a system of departmental and company goals that do not take into account individual contributions.

    Advice to Management

Many good people leave the company due to poor pay, low increases, mismanagement of accounts. Low moral in many locations and the MAPP program is a joke to most people that are in the program since they never get a chance to advance.
