I have been working at UPS full-time (More than 10 years)

Pros

the only thing is when you become 50's they will retired early in you years it dont matter how long you are working with them when you become 50 they retired you .

Cons

make people retired early which some people are not ready until they get 60 or over but ups does think we are not good enough to stay they want younger people to work for this company

Advice to Management

the manager are so so they do some care but the other one dont care at all.

I have been working at UPS full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

World class organization, extremely dedicated management team, very strong work ethic among all levels of management, challenging workload, longevity of management team, everyone holds themselves to the highest standards in quality.

    Cons

Lack of upward mobility, very demanding job atmosphere, below industry average salary at the supervisor and mid-management levels, excessively long work days, non-equitable profit sharing.

    Advice to Management

Need to improve the internal talent management & training, succession planning, industry certification and improve management working conditions (long hours, pay, office set-up & furnishings).
