For the level of work we do, the amount of money we're responsible for, the pay grade is lacking in comparison to similar fields.

I have been working at UPS part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

More or less get paid to work out. The supervisors understand the difficulty of the job when it comes to holidays and high volume days. The culture in the warehouse is very friendly and you don't have to wear a uniform.

    Cons

Like most places, you can find your fair share of incompetent coworkers who work at turtle speed. Early morning schedule, especially during the holidays which means dress warm. It gets cold!

    Advice to Management

Get rid of the employees who obviously don't want to be there. There are plenty of eager to work people who would love the opportunity. Q
