I worked at UPS full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good workout. Get to work outside. Day goes by quickly.

    Cons

Very low pay until you become a full time teamster driver. Unfair treatment of hard working employees by management. An atmosphere that promotes dislike and hostility between management and workers. Talent is not recognized or appreciated by management.

    Advice to Management

Pay a decent wage to avoid such high turnover and low morale. Rework the manager/worker paradigm that currently exist to promote better functionality.
