    Pros

    Flexibility and casual work environment. Project Teams and Project Managers are awesome to work with and that is what has kept me here.

    Cons

    Very Poor Raises and benefits. Poor communication from upper management. Too much emphasis on sold time. Rising health care costs. No bonuses.

    Advice to Management

    Compensate each employee/office individually. If the employee has exceeded their goals, then they should be given a great raise. There is no incentive to be an exceptional employee and have a high work ethic if we receive the same raise (%) as employees that do not. If an office is meeting their financial goals, it is because the employees are working their butts off and should be compensated. It appears that no matter how an office contributes to the bottom line, everyone essentially receives the same 2.5 % raise. URS is no longer competitive with other companies in regards to salary and benefits. Upper management needs to take a look at how URS compares to its competitors, otherwise their most productive employees will continue to leave.
