    Cons

The stress you have to deal with everyday. The pay is not great and for the work they required you to do.

    Advice to Management

If you learn how to treat your employee better you wouldn't have a high turn over rate.

    Pros

The pay and commission is good if you put in the work. The people depends on each other for support. You are able to build a huge stream of customers through their marketing.

    Cons

They have a new system so it's challenging at times. But overall there are no other cons.

    Advice to Management

Need to allow the agent to work without having to play the IT role. Leadership should be more one on one with agents. Allow agent to get comfortable with carriers before rolling out more products.
