I worked at US Agricultural Research Service as an intern (More than a year)

    Pros

Farmers and people you are helping are great, a lot of the people truly care about their jobs. There are a lot of things that can be done to help a farmer.

    Cons

Management is horrible, there are things done so backwards its not even funny, I was an intern doing full-time work and I couldn't get hired full-time because of the system of hiring.
